Our directors and senior managers have vast experience in a range of different areas within the property sector, including: sales, property management, valuation & appraisals, finance and debt management.
Danny has worked in the property industry for over 20 years undertaking a broad range of activities and during this time has overseen £100’s millions of residential & commercial property transactions along with property development and management of a large property portfolio. He set up GPP in 2001 as a vehicle for high volume property acquisitions and trading.
Andy Landers joined GPP in 2007 and is an integral part of the senior management team and oversees the underwriting process and refurbishment projects where he applies his deep knowledge of the property market. He has a great ability to predict and stay ahead of market trends and advises on strategy and implementation.
Emelio has overseen and grown the operational side of some large businesses within the claims industry, having worked for over 14 years for one particular firm and notably setting up an entire call centre of over 200 staff. He joined GPP in 2018 and uses his skills to manage the team and processes needed in handling a large number of property transactions in a very fast paced environment.
Simone has enjoyed a successful career in recruitment spanning more than 20 years for industry leading names including Microsoft, Expedia and TripAdvisor. She has now combined her skills and expertise in the property industry by assembling a best-in-class team for GPP and utilising her people skills for managing the vast number of agents who work with the business.
Alex joined the company in 2013, starting in sales before expanding into administration and sales progressions. With a deep understanding of the sales process, Alex became Progressions Manager in 2021. Once onward sales are agreed, she oversees every stage of that process to ensure smooth, efficient and speedy completions while optimising processes to deliver the best outcome for clients.
Zelda has a diverse career in finance and business operations across South Africa and the UK. She has worked in the timeshare sector, corporate finance for leading restaurant brands, and real estate management. Since returning to the UK in 2019, she has excelled in overseeing the purchase of properties and is now the Acquisitions Manager, enhancing efficiency and ensuring smooth transactions.
Michelle has previously built a successful career in media, marketing, project management, and business operations, working with industry leaders such as Yahoo! and EE. With a strong passion for property, she has now brought her expertise to the Onward Sales team, overseeing estate agent relationships and coordinating the process of bringing properties to market.
Andy Fisch worked in the financial markets for over 20 years for Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs before starting a bridge finance business in 2009. He is well versed in both residential and commercial property transactions and plays a vital role in ensuring the agreed strategic plan of GPP is implemented optimally.
