I have been working with General Pacific Properties for a few months now. At first, I turned to them as a last resort, I had a vendor with a property that was in a total state of disrepair, we were unable to get any interest in it. 

I knew of GPP after receiving a call from their Business Development Manager, I gave him a call and he took the property to his underwriting team. After a bit of back and forth that day a price was agreed that my vendor was happy with.

They purchased the property in less than a month from that 1st call. It was great for me, I had a happy customer and double commission! The property was relisted with me in a much better state after GPP carried out refurbishment work and its now under offer again.
